Quick answers

More on samples, costing and shipping in our FAQ.

  • It depends on the product and fabric. Workwear styles can start from lower quantities than knit basics, and we also handle capsule drops — send us your quantities and we will match the right factory.

  • Mostly canvas, twill and ripstop, with hi-vis fabrics and reflective tape for high-visibility garments — chosen to the weight and performance in your spec sheet.

  • Yes. Seam strength and colour fastness are tested as standard, and third-party lab tests are arranged where your standard requires them.

  • Proto samples usually take 7–14 days once the tech pack and fabric are confirmed, with lab dips and strike-offs started in parallel. Most programmes ship 60–90 days after pre-production sample approval, depending on fabric, quantity and season.
