Quick answers

More on samples, costing and shipping in our FAQ.

  • It depends on the style and fabric. Knit basics usually start from around 1,000 pieces per style, and we also handle capsule drops — send us your quantities and we will match the right factory.

  • Single jersey, interlock, rib, piqué, French terry and fleece, in cotton, organic and recycled cotton or blends — weight (GSM), handfeel and colour are approved on the lab dip before bulk.

  • Shrinkage and spirality are tested before cutting, colour is matched to your standard under D65 light, and our own QC team carries out inline and final AQL inspections with photo reports.

  • Proto samples usually take 7–14 days once the tech pack and fabric are confirmed, with lab dips and strike-offs started in parallel. Most programmes ship 60–90 days after pre-production sample approval, depending on fabric, quantity and season.
